UK - Shipping

I Aim to ship your product within 1/2 days of purchase. 2nd class postage is included Free of Charge but there is the option for an upgrade if required.

Once I have created your product, I will ship it and send you notification that it has been sent. 

International Shipping

I Aim to ship your product within 1/2 days of purchase.

International tracked orders normally take around 1-2 weeks to arrive. 

The tracked service provides a door to door tracking so you can keep your eye on it until it arrives. You will receive your tracking number via email when I have dispatched your order.

International Economy does not have a tracked service and can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. This service is also not insured and I won't be liable for loss in transit. 

Your order will be sent in protective packaging or a postal tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

In my experience, there normally isn't a charge by Customs when your order arrive in your country. However if there is, I am not responsible for paying any Customs or VAT charges.

 

Refunds

I print and press all my products to order, especially for you. I quality check everything down to a tee before I send it. So unfortunately I can't offer returns on any items as they are hand made to order. All product information, sizes, materials are displayed so you can buy with confidence.

If your item arrives damaged though.. You can always contact me and I can sort out a replacement - dan@dandesignsgb.com.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancelling before shipped

If you need to cancel the order before it's shipped, as long as I haven't printed your order- I will gladly cancel it and arrange a full refund. If I have printed your item The above no returns policy applies. 

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
